Matthew McConaughey’s Viral Tuna Salad Picklewich

To make the tuna salad, combine the 2 cans of Safe Catch tuna, 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tsp wasabi paste, 2 tsp white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 cup finely diced red onion, 1/4 cup chopped pickles, 1 diced green apple, 3/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup frozen peas, 1 cup crushed jalapeño kettle chips, and 1 tbsp agave syrup in a bowl and mix well. For the picklewich, slice a large pickle in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds and center, and then add the prepared tuna salad onto the pickle slices like a sandwich.
