These BBQ ribs are easy to make and incredibly delicious. The process involves seasoning the ribs, smoking them for flavor, and wrapping them with a special sauce mixture for added taste, all done in about 4 hours.
Take a full slab of Ribs, leave the membrane on, and cut them individually between each bone.
Put them in a bag or container with a tablespoon of Olive Oil and a generous amount of your favorite BBQ Rub and shake everything up until all of your meat is seasoned on all sides.
Get your grill or smoker to 250F and space them out on your grate so they can all be hit with smoke.
Spritz with Apple Cider Vinegar every 30 minutes and flip them after the first hour.
After one more hour, wrap them in aluminum foil with a sauce mixture of BBQ Sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Water.
Put them back on for another hour.
Remove the foil, toss them in some BBQ Sauce, and return them back on for 1 more hour unwrapped.
