Beer Cheese Mac Dogs

1: Start by melting 3 tbsp butter and mixing in 2 tbsp of flour.

2: Slowly mix in 1 tbsp dijon mustard.

3: Gradually add 3/4 cup Golden Monkey beer.

4: Stir in 1.5 cup heavy cream.

5: Add 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese until melted.

6: Mix in 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese until melted.

7: Add 1 pound of boiled noodles to the mixture and mix well.

8: Season with salt to taste.

9: Serve the cheese mixture on a hot dog and top with chopped bacon.
