Campfire Pizza Sandwiches

1. Heat up your campfire pie irons for a few minutes to get the cast iron ready.
2. Assemble your pizza sandwiches by spreading pizza sauce onto one piece of bread (use sandwich bread, because they are usually squares like the pie irons) and then adding Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella or Wisconsin Brick cheese, and Pepperoni.
3. Top with a blank piece of bread.
4. Butter both sides of the pie irons, place the sandwich in, and clamp it down.
5. Cook over direct heat for around 3 minutes per side (don’t let it burn).
6. After that, drop it onto the cutting board, let it cool (or don’t), and cut it how you like.
7. Enjoy!
