Cheese Stuffed Burger Sticks

Season the ground beef with SPG. Flatten out a half cup of the meat and place a Colby jack or gouda cheese stick in the middle. Form the meat around the cheese stick and place them in the freezer for a half hour to solidify. Grill them indirect with the lid closed until the meat is almost fully done, then finish over direct heat.

For the homemade animal style sauce: Combine 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp mustard, 1/2 cup mayo, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1-2 tbsp chopped pickle, and a pinch of salt. Drizzle or dip the burger sticks in the sauce.
