Instructions

1: Let your Steak sit out to acclimate to room temperature.

2: Paint it with Olive Oil and season on all sides with Beef Rub.

3: Get your cast iron skillet to 550°F and add some Olive Oil.

4: Place the Steak in the skillet to sear for 3 minutes, putting something heavy on it.

5: Flip the Steak, add a half stick of Butter, and baste for another 3 minutes.

6: Take it off, pour the melted Butter over it, cover, and let it rest for 7 minutes.

7: Cut against the grain and enjoy!
