A delicious recipe for fried chicken tenders that includes a simple coating process with flour, egg wash, and Panko bread crumbs for a crispy texture. Fry until golden brown for a tasty meal.
Pull out the tendons from the boneless, skinless Chicken Tenderloins using a fork and paper towel.
Prep three containers: one with 2/3 cup of flour and 2 tablespoons of Rodeo Ranch, one with 2 beaten eggs for the egg wash, and one with 2 cups of Panko bread crumbs.
Coat each chicken tender one at a time in the flour mixture, followed by the egg wash, and then the Panko.
Heat vegetable oil to 375F in a skillet, enough to just barely cover the tenders.
Fry the tenders for 2 minutes on each side.
Remove and place on paper towels, dusting with Rodeo Ranch seasoning, then enjoy.
