Fruit Pepper Jalapeño Poppers

First, prepare the filling by combining 1 block of cream cheese, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1 chopped habanero pepper, and 1/2 cup Colby Jack cheese. Next, cut the jalapeño peppers in half, scoop out the middle, and fill each half with the prepared filling. Wrap each filled jalapeño half with a piece of bacon. Place them on the grill or smoker at 375F for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until the bacon is fully cooked. Before serving, don't forget to drizzle with hot honey.
