Grilled Chicken Fajitas

Cover the chicken thighs in a light layer of oil and season with fajita seasoning. Slice up white onions and multiple colors of bell peppers. Mix them with oil and the fajita seasoning as well. Grill the chicken first, over high heat, flipping regularly until they hit over 165F internal. Grill the peppers and onions until they soften slightly and get a char, but don’t let them get too soft. For the sauce, mix together greek yogurt (or sour cream) with tabasco sauce and fresh squeezed lime. (If you like it spicy, use more hot sauce, if you don’t like it spicy, use less hot sauce.) Serve with grilled tortillas and enjoy!
