Set the Current grill to 400F. Soak the hot dogs in a red Hawaiian drink to turn them red. Wrap the hot dogs with bacon. Sear the hot dogs in a skillet at 350F while grilling red onions and pineapple. When the hot dogs are crispy and the pineapple and onions are charred, assemble with: Grilled pineapple, jalapeño slices, bacon hot dog, grilled red onions, aoili, BBQ sauce, cilantro.
