Holiday Cheesy Potatoes

Start by filling a dutch oven with Dean’s French Onion Dip, 2 lbs shredded colby jack cheese, 8 oz evaporated milk, 2 cloves minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Place it in the oven at 375F for 30 minutes to soften everything. Air fry 2 lbs of waffle fries and chop them up. Stir the melted cheese sauce ingredients then combine with the chopped waffle fries in a baking dish. Top with more shredded cheese and bake for 25 more minutes. Once the cheese is melted, top with potato straws, a drizzle of more Dean’s French Onion Dip, green onions, and bacon.
