Instructions

1. Cut your rack of Ribs between each bone and don’t remove the membrane (it’s easier if you are looking at the membrane side).
2. Put them in a closable box or bag with a tablespoon of Olive Oil and a lot of BBQ Rub and shake it until everything is covered well with seasoning.
3. Place them on your smoker or grill at 250F and spritz with Apple Cider Vinegar every 30 minutes.
4. After 60 minutes, flip your Ribs.
5. After another 60 minutes, take them off and wrap together in foil with this delicious liquid mixture: 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tablespoon of BBQ Sauce, and 5 tablespoons of Water.
6. Place them back on for one more hour.
7. After the wrapped hour, take them out of the foil, toss them in BBQ Sauce, and throw them back on unwrapped for 1 more hour.
8. Take them off and enjoy!
