Heat up your large Cast Iron Skillet to medium-high heat and pour in a cup of Milk.
Toss in a cubed half brick of Velveeta Cheese, a half block of Cream Cheese, and 3/4 cup of Shredded Colby Jack Cheese.
Stir as it melts, adding in a teaspoon of Dirty Bird Seasoning.
When it's melted, add in your cooked Macaroni Noodles and stir it up.
Top it with 1 pound of Shredded Grilled Chicken, 1/2 cup of more Shredded Colby Jack Cheese, and 1/4 cup of Bacon Bits.
Toss it in the smoker (or oven) at 300F until the top Cheese melts (about 10-15 minutes).
Grab a nice fork and dig in. Enjoy!
