2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 chicken breast

1 ranch mix

Instructions

1: Cut your Chicken Breasts into thin filets.

2: In a bowl, mix Panko Breadcrumbs with Rodeo Ranch Chicken Rub.

3: Press your Chicken filets into the breadcrumb mixture until covered on all sides.

4: Heat Olive Oil in a cast iron skillet to around 350-400°F (medium high heat).

5: Place two filets into the skillet and cook for 1.5 minutes.

6: Flip the filets to the other side.

7: Once they hit an internal temperature of 165°F, take them off and place on a plate with paper towel to absorb excess oil.

8: Enjoy your crispy chicken!
