Peanut Butter and Jelly Jalapeño Burger

1: Start with a 1/2 pound Shaq Burger.

2: Season both sides with Cow Cover seasoning.

3: Throw it on the pellet grill at 375F.

4: Once it hits 100F internal, flip the burger.

5: After 5 minutes, add a slice of Colby Jack Cheese.

6: When it hits 160F internal, take it off the grill.

7: Toast your bun for 5 minutes on the hot grill.

8: Spread Strawberry Jam on the top bun and Crunchy Peanut Butter on the bottom bun.

9: Place the cheesy burger on the peanut butter bun.

10: Add candied bacon and fresh sliced jalapeños.

11: Finish with some crispy fried onions and top with the jelly bun.

12: Enjoy your burger!
