Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken Wings

First, make the chicken rub by combining 1.5 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 4 tbsp paprika, 1/2 cup cumin, 2 tbsp kosher salt, and 2 tbsp pepper. Next, cover the chicken wings thoroughly in the seasoning (no need for oil). Place the seasoned wings on a rotisserie with skewers and grill them at 425F for 45 minutes. Once cooked, remove the wings from the skewers, sauce them with @tari.usa Hot Sauce, and finally, top with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
